Registration is $115.00 per person includes Hospitality room, Sat night banquet, with entertainment, Sunday catered late lunch at the USS Cod SS 224, tax and gratuity included. I also need commitment for this, as I have deposits and contracts.

If you need to cancel coming, more than five days prior to August 16th, I will refund you 100%.
The host hotel is the Embassy Suites listed below. We need everyone to call the hotel and make your own room reservations sooner than later. You can always cancel.
Hotel includes a cook to order breakfast, and happy hour with light snacks. $109 per night per room. (+ tax)

You are welcome to stay thru the convention, do not need to be a USSVI member to attend, but you must register to attend any USSVI function, seminar, luncheon, field trip, etc. There will be vendors, bus transportation, food trucks at the hotel.
Please let me know if you plan to attend. The attendance count is very important to me to set up banquet size.
The USS Tusk is having their reunion at the same time and have only 20 attending to we will have our banquet in the same ballroom and are sharing expenses. I do not have dinner details yet, but it will include a buffet with Chicken, Salmon, and Beef entrees.
